Coding
Ashron Billing provides 3 levels of coding services.
Level 1 Coding – includes yearly reviewing and updating of the CPT codes the practice uses on their paper or electronic super-bills and as changes come about. In addition, we provide ongoing training to our clients for proper coding of their common billings. We also assist in coding unique, out of the ordinary procedures as needed.
Level 2 Coding – includes everything in Level 1 plus ongoing coding reviews.
Level 3 Coding - includes comprehensive coding services, ie, extrapolating the billing codes from the medical records.
In addition, we edit our claims using CCIs, NCDs, and LMRPs.
Coders are AAPC certified, receive on-going training and attend coding conferences to maintain their coding certifications.
